Bearings are classified as follows:

1. Deep groove ball bearing

The most representative rolling bearings are widely used

Can bear radial load and bidirectional axial load

It is suitable for high speed rotation and low noise and vibration

An adequate amount of grease is pre-filled in the sealed bearing with steel plate dust cover or rubber seal ring

Bearings with a stop ring or flange on the outer ring for easy axial positioning and installation inside the housing

2. Angular contact ball bearings

There is a contact Angle between the ring and the ball, and the standard contact angles are 15°, 30° and 40°

The larger the contact Angle, the greater the axial load capacity

The smaller the contact Angle, the more favorable for high-speed rotation

Single row bearing can bear radial load and unidirectional axial load

DB combination, DF combination and double row bearing can bear radial load and two-way axial load

DT combination is suitable for the situation where the unidirectional axial load is large and the rated load of a single bearing is insufficient

High speed ACH bearing ball diameter small, ball number, mostly used for machine tool spindle

Angular contact ball bearings are suitable for high speed and high precision rotation

The two single-row angular contact ball bearings, which are structurally combined on the back, share the inner ring and the outer ring and can bear radial load and two-way axial load

Four point contact ball bearings

Can bear radial load and bidirectional axial load

A single bearing may replace either the front assembly or the back assembly of angular contact ball bearings

It is suitable for the synthetic load which bears the pure axial load or the axial load component is big

One of these contact angles (alpha) can be formed when the bearings are subjected to axial loads in any direction, so that the rings are always in contact with the ball at two or three cuts on any contact line

Main application: aircraft jet engine, gas turbine

 

4. Adjustable ball bearing

5. Cylindrical roller bearings

6. Solid needle roller bearing

Main applications: automobile engine, transmission, pump, excavator crawler wheel, elevator, bridge crane, compressor

 

7. Tapered roller bearings

9. Thrust ball bearing

It consists of a gasket shaped raceway ring with raceway, a ball and a cage assembly
