1. Before mounting the bearing on the shaft, it is necessary to remove the fixed pin of the bearing coat, polish the surface of the shaft journal and coat the shaft journal with oil, rust prevention and lubrication (allow the bearing to rotate slightly on the shaft).
2. Lubricate the mating surfaces of the bearing housing and the bearing, put the double-row tapered roller bearing into the bearing housing, then put the assembled bearing and the bearing housing together on the shaft and push them to the required position for installation.
3. Do not tighten the bolts to fix the bearing seat, but let the bearing coat rotate in the bearing seat. Also install the other end bearing and seat on the same shaft, turn the shaft several times, make the fixed bearing itself automatically align, then tighten the bolt of the bearing seat.
4. Install eccentric sleeve. First put the eccentric sleeve on the eccentric step of the inner sleeve of the bearing and tighten it in the direction of rotation of the shaft by hand. The small iron bar is then inserted or pushed against the counterbore in the eccentric sleeve. Strike a small iron bar with a hand hammer in the direction of rotation. Make the eccentric sleeve install firmly, finally lock the inner hexangular screw on the eccentric sleeve.
In the bidirectional limit support, the inner ring of the bearing is on the shaft, and the outer ring in the bearing seat hole must be bidirectional and axial fastening. In the unidirectional limit support, it is necessary to tighten the inner and outer rings in the opposite direction of the force transfer.
If not choose fraction floating bearing, bearing of just inside race two-way axial fastening on the shaft, the outer ring relative to the swimming hole at the axial and elected by internal and external ring can be divided into the centripetal bearing winding bearing, the inner and outer ring must be two-way axial fastening on the shaft and hole, inner and outer ring of bearing relative axial winding. The axial positioning of bearings is usually the shaft shoulder positioning of the inner ring and the shoulder baffle positioning of the outer ring. In order to ensure the positioning effect of the shaft shoulder and baffle shoulder, the shaft shoulder and baffle shoulder should be made close to the end face of the bearing inner and outer rings. Shaft shoulder and block shoulder height should also be selected according to the specification. The fixing method of the inner and outer rings of the bearing should correspond to the size of the transmission force.
